Refund policy

When submitting a return request, a return report must be created in free form, stating the reason for the return.
Registered customers can submit a return request electronically for each order.
Customers can send a return request via email to support@labproff.com, specifying the reason for the return.
The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The item must be shipped at the customer's expense to the following address: Škrjančevo 1c, 1235 Radomlje, Slovenia.
The returned item must be in its original packaging, without any signs of damage or use.
