Shipping policy

1. DELIVERY TIME

Once your order is placed, we will prepare it for dispatch as soon as possible. Please note that the exact delivery time will be confirmed and communicated to you via email. We will do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

  • Deliveries are made on business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Order processing time: 1-2 business days, if equipment on stock
  • Delivery time depends on the country and the chosen delivery method:
  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days.

2. DELIVERY COST

  • The delivery cost is calculated during checkout and depends on the region and the weight of the package.
  • The shipping cost for Slovenia is €9.99. For orders over €100, shipping is free of charge. Once your order is placed, we will prepare it for dispatch as soon as possible. Please note that the exact delivery time will be confirmed and communicated to you via email. We will do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
  • Shipping to other European countries is €24.99. Orders over €1500.00 qualify for free shipping.
  • Express delivery is available for an additional charge.

3. COURIER SERVICES

We work with reliable logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, GLS, DPD, FedEx, and local postal services.

4. ORDER TRACKING

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow your package's status on the courier’s website.

5. DELIVERY TO DIFFERENT COUNTRIES

We deliver across Europe and to selected international destinations. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at support@labproff.com.

6. PICKUP

  • Free pickup is available from our pickup point.
  • Address: 1235 Radomlje, Škrjančevo 1C, Slovenia.
  • Pickup hours: 9.00 a.m - 15.30 p.m
  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

7. UNDELIVERED OR DAMAGED PARCELS

  • If your parcel is not delivered within the specified time, please contact us at support@labproff.com.
  • In case of damage during transport, please take photos of the packaging and contents and send them to us.
