1. INTRODUCTION
The General Terms and Conditions of Operation are drawn up in accordance with consumer protection regulations, the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, and international codes of internet and electronic commerce.
The online store Labproff.com (hereinafter referred to as the "online store") is operated by BEGER Ltd., which provides e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as the "supplier").
The online store Labproff.com operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Registration in the online store allows visitors to obtain a username (which matches their email) and a password, which they set themselves. The username and password uniquely identify the user.
By registering, the user confirms that they are of legal age and fully capable of acting. From the moment of registration, the user has the right to make purchases. By purchasing a product, the user becomes a buyer.
These General Terms and Conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of visitors, users, and buyers, as well as the business relationship between the seller and the buyer.
Please read these terms carefully, as they become binding for you upon entering the online store.
If you do not agree with the terms, do not make purchases and do not use the website.
Each visit to the website or purchase means your full and unrestricted acceptance of these terms.
The supplier undertakes to conduct the online store's activities in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The supplier does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the data on the website, nor the correctness of textual, photographic, video, and audio materials. Product images may differ from their actual appearance.
Labproff.com reserves the right to change any part of the terms without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published.
Any electronic communication between the buyer and BEGER Ltd. is equivalent to a written contract.
Technical failures in the operation of the online store may occur. BEGER Ltd. may temporarily or permanently restrict access to the store or certain products.
A written contract (invoice) is provided to the buyer upon product delivery.
The company is not responsible for any technical failures or damage caused to the user's equipment when using the website.
2. AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION
The supplier undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information:
- Company details (identification, contact addresses);
- Main characteristics of products and services;
- Product availability;
- Delivery conditions;
- Clearly stated prices;
- Payment and delivery methods;
- Offer validity periods;
- Right of withdrawal and return conditions;
- Complaint procedure and customer support contact details.
3. ORDER PLACEMENT
Orders are accepted 24/7 through the online store.
Purchase process:
- Select a product and add it to the cart.
- Go to the cart – here you can change the quantity or remove the product.
- Confirm your agreement with the terms and click "Place Order."
- Enter delivery details and select a payment method.
- Review the order and confirm the purchase.
After placing an order, the buyer receives a confirmation email with information about the products and quantities.
If an order change is required, the buyer must write to support@labproff.com and specify the order number.
Before confirming the order, the buyer can:
- Review and modify selected products in the cart;
- Change the payment and delivery method;
- Correct entered information.
If an error was made after placing the order (e.g., incorrect quantity or product), the buyer can write to support@labproff.com, and the order will be corrected manually.
4. PRICES
Prices in the online store apply only to registered users.
- All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
- A discounted price is a price with a discount valid for a specific period.
- Prices do not include delivery costs.
- Prices are valid at the time of order placement.
- The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
- If a price was listed incorrectly, BEGER Ltd. will notify the buyer and offer the option to cancel the order.
Gift vouchers and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Discounts do not accumulate unless stated otherwise.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
The buyer adds products to the cart and can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
The cart displays the product name, quantity, and discount (if applicable).
After placing an order, the buyer receives a confirmation email.
The supplier checks product availability and either confirms or rejects the order (with an explanation).
At this stage, the order becomes non-cancellable.
If the buyer wants to cancel the order, they must notify us within 1 hour after placing it by writing to support@labproff.com.
Once the order is processed, the product is packed and shipped as soon as possible.
