The Fibre6 BEGER is a highly accurate device for measuring crude fiber content in various samples, such as animal feeds, food products, and other materials. The device uses an acid-alkali hydrolysis method, ensuring precise determination of fiber levels in the samples.
The FIBRE 6 apparatus is designed for the determination of crude fiber in cereals, feed, food, and other agricultural products. Its versatility and ability to analyze up to 6 samples simultaneously make it an essential tool in any laboratory.
The FIBRE 6 stands out for its compact design, achieved through careful attention to detail. The glassware is made from heat-resistant borosilicate glass, ensuring durability and reliability. The BEGER heating platform ensures uniform boiling temperatures, while the power adjustment feature allows for rapid heating, reaching the desired temperature in the shortest time possible.
The rack is equipped with a convenient detachable haft, allowing for easy extraction of samples from hot solutions.
The method involves extracting soluble compounds from the sample followed by ashing. The difference in mass between the sample after extraction and the residue after ashing is used to determine the amount of organic matter – crude fiber.
